DescriptionSir Michael Foster has seen the first instalment of the Funafuti report, and he thinks it come sufficiently within Standing Order 48 to make it desirable to go through the form required by that Standing Order. Since he is Chairman of the Geology Sectional Committee, Foster is willing to join him in expediting publication.
