DescriptionThe president [Sir William Huggins] has passed on his letter about the Greenwich Visitation, and so Harrison is sending a list of members of the Council of the International Association who are interested in astronomy. If he thinks the whole Council should be asked, irrespective of science, he will send a complete list.
