DescriptionEncloses letters from Professor J W Mallet with reference to his paper 'On the Structure of Gold Leaf, and the Absorption Spectrum of Gold', in which he states that he agrees to Professor [Joseph] Larmor's suggestions contained in a letter to the author, a copy of which White encloses [no enclosures present]. Asks if Clifton agrees to the note regarding illustrations which the author suggests should be added. Asks if they have Clifton's authority to proceed with printing.
