DescriptionWith reference to the Russian Standard two and a half meter measure and accessories referred to in the Messrs letter of the previous day, Larmor has written to the British South Africa Company, asking them to instruct the Messrs to return the apparatus to its maker for overhaul and dispatch to South Africa. As the matter is urgent, the Messrs will doubtless give their assistance in this way.
