DescriptionSir M Foster has asked Towle to send the enclosed paper by Dr Wright to Bradford for an opinion [not enclosed]. If Bradford reports favourably, Foster will authorize the publication of the paper in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Hopes to send for tomorrow the report by Dr Christy, upon which he believes Sir Michael has already written to Bradford.
