DescriptionPio's paper on the calculation of orbits has been considered by the Astronomical Committee and they have concluded that it is more suitable for a publication connected with technical practical astronomy than for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Larmor returns the manuscript and sends thanks for the communication.
