Date21 January 1904
DescriptionLarmor communicates the decision of Council on the matter of printing the paper appended to the certificate of L [Leveson Francis] Vernon Harcourt, relaying their decision that, due to the misunderstandings relating to his certificate of candidature, they have agreed to the signatories being allowed to add a brief abstract of the unsigned separate paper.
