Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Lieutenant Colonel David Bruce, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 17 December 1903 |
Description | Harrison has sent copies of the Malaria reports to Bruce for distribution. He responds to the question regarding the reprinting of Captain James' Mien Mir report, which is in the Malaria report, by stating that the Royal Society does not habitually object to reprinting papers from their publications, given the correct acknowledgements, and he would apply the same rule to the reports as he would to Proceedings of the Royal Society. The fifty page length of the report is, however, highlighted.
Harrison also promises to show Bruce's letter regarding Warwick Smith to Sir Michael that day, but a manuscript annotation reads 'Had no opportunity of speaking'. |
