DescriptionHarrison sends, in response to Ware's letter of 8 January, a leaflet giving the regulations relating to candidates for fellowship of the Royal Society and explains that the Certificate of proposal must be signed by at least six Fellows, of whom at least three must formally make the recommendation from personal knowledge.
