DescriptionLarmor accepts Poynting's suggestion that Horton go to Burlington House to consult him about the memoir, and then without a statement of the changes as long as they are satisfactory to Poynting, they can be submitted to the Chairman of the Physics Committee. Poynting should send a postcard to the Royal Society they can send the manuscript to him.
