DescriptionHarrison regrets that he could not send the centrifuge in time to reach the Foreign Office by 15 May, but he hopes that it will be included in the next Foreign Office bag. In anticipation, he has instructed Messrs Baird and Tatlock to send it to the Foreign Office, appropriately packaged, by the following Wednesday.
