TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Williams
Date8 January 1904
DescriptionHarrison responds to Williams' note of 6 January to state that he does have the manuscript of the Royal Society the Treatise by Edward Norgate on miniature painting, 1657, but that he requires the authority of Council to allow access to anyone who is not a Fellow of the Royal Society. Williams will need to send a formal application to be laid before the Council at that month's meeting.

He affirms that Professor Arthur Herbert Church wrote an article on the subject, but not in Proceedings of the Royal Society, and so he will enquire where it appeared so he may forward the reference to Williams.
