DescriptionRegarding the Sleeping Sickness investigation in Uganda, the Royal Society wishes to impress upon the Secretary of State the great desirability of sending out another investigator to assist Captain Greig, particularly as Greig will be going on leave. The Royal Society hopes that they will taken on Colonel David Bruce's recommendation of sending out Lieutenant Tulloch of the Army Medical Department in the post of temporary medical officer under the same terms that were given to Lieutenant Gray.
