| Description | Major Elliot's paper, being now in type and well on the way to publication, there is some difficulty in introducing the addition to the title which would be involved in the prefix Waller has inserted. Harrison does not know what purpose it would serve to have a prefix inserted in the paper published by the Royal Society, so long as it is added to the copies presented to the University. Some advance proofs could be struck off for this purpose. |
