| Description | Presumes that in communicating with Dr Nabarro, he has been acting on behalf of the sub-committee consisting of himself, Colonel David Bruce and Dr Plimor, to which Nabarro's report [on Sleeping Sickness] was referred, and so it is unnecessary to call a meeting. Has sent the report back to Nabarro for him to condense it into an abstract. Thinks there should be a formal report of the sub-committee, to lay before the Tropical Diseases Committee at their next meeting, showing that action has been taken in the matter, so that it may be properly recorded in the Minutes. |
