Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Edwin Ray Lankester, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 3 January 1890 |
Description | Rix fears that their lantern is not well adapted for microscope slides, but Lankester can try it on any afternoon except Thursday and Saturday. They will expect Lankester on Monday, and Mr James can manage the lantern unless there are special adjustments, in which case instructions should be sent to Drake and Gorham.
He also notes that they have a projector which could be of use, and that Mr James can fix it. |
