TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to General James Thomas Walker, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date15 February 1889
DescriptionIn the box of manuscripts of Colonel Herschel's Pendulum work there was a slip bibliography in a small case. Rix presumes this is not required by the Kew Committee in their pendulum work, and is instructed to ask whether it would be inconvenient to return it to the Royal Society if required. Asks for answer, but requests that they do not return it until it is known for certain if it is required.
