|Title||Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Robert Abbott Hadfield|
|Date||12 April 1889|
|Description||Rix presumes that Hadfield's samples will be arranged on a table, and so provides the dimensions of two different sized tables available, and will reserve whichever one Hadfield prefers. Rix asks whether the case referred to is a show-case or a packing case to transport the samples, and states that if it is the former it is a matter for him to decide whether it is necessary.|
Rix states that they cannot undertake the conveyance of the samples, and so asks that he direct them to the Royal Society directly.
