Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Robert Abbott Hadfield |
Date | 12 April 1889 |
Description | Rix presumes that Hadfield's samples will be arranged on a table, and so provides the dimensions of two different sized tables available, and will reserve whichever one Hadfield prefers. Rix asks whether the case referred to is a show-case or a packing case to transport the samples, and states that if it is the former it is a matter for him to decide whether it is necessary.
Rix states that they cannot undertake the conveyance of the samples, and so asks that he direct them to the Royal Society directly. |
