TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Edward Hull, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date26 April 1889
DescriptionRix informs Hull that papers are usually read in order of their reception, so it would be to his advantage to submit the manuscript as early as possible. His wish to have the paper read on 16 May has been mentioned to the Royal Society secretaries, but cannot be finally settled until the officers meet on 2 May. If it is intended for 'Transactions of the Royal Society' an abstract is required for insertion in 'Proceedings of the Royal Society'.
