DescriptionRix explains the enclosed summons by explaining that members of the Lawes Agricultural Committee were yesterday invited to lunch and dine with Sir John Lawes on 14 June and inspect the farm. The Committtee are to travel by the 11.10am train from St Pancras station and be put up overnight at Rothamsted House.
