TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Trübner & Company, Ludgate Hill
Date24 September 1889
DescriptionThe review copies of Dr Lendenfeld's 'Monograoph of the Horny Sponges' have been sent to the Athanaeum, Nature, Annals & Magazine of Natural History, and the American Journal of Science, and Rix has heard from Lendenfeld that he has sent presentation copies to friends who are the editors of 'Naturwissenschaftlichen Rundschau' and the 'Biologisches Centralblatt'. Rix also lists three additional places Lendenfeld suggests they should send copies, but dismisses them as too 'purely literary' to make the process worthwhile and seeks Trübner & Company's opinion.

Rix also reminds them to send a review copy to the 'Times'.
