DescriptionResponse to their memorandum of 8 November regarding the fact that Messrs Wesley had declined to transmit Professor Mallett's copies from 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' to the Smithsonian Institution. He had that morning heard from Professor Langley, who sends the enclosed letter to be sent to Wesley with the parcel of separate copies. He believes the separate copies are still with Harrison & Sons waiting for despatch.
