Professor [Joseph] Larmor agrees to Professor Darwin's suggestion that he should be accepted as one of the referees for the paper and suggests wether Sir W Niven or Professor R A Sampson as the second. Asks Niven to whom the paper should be referred. Encloses a card stating the cost and length of the paper [not enclosed].
