Discusses the characteristic of brain lesions occurring with the disease and a query regarding paragraph three of the memorandum concerning this. Besides [Edwin Ray] Lankester, [John Rose] Bradford, and [David] Bruce, the memorandum has been signed by [Joseph] Larmor, [John Scott] Burdon Sanferson, Ronald Ross and [Charles Scott] Sherrington.
