DescriptionProfessor [John Henry] Poynting has informed Harrison that Davison has obtained a very good record of the recent Indian earthquake and suggests it might be exhibited at the May Soiree. The Society is hoping to make an exhibition of any records that can be obtained of this earthquake, and if Davison is inclined to contribute his diagram they should be very glad to include it.
