Now sends documents which constitute papers A to F in the list printed in the report of the sub-committee on veterinary subjects in India [not enclosed]. These are the papers Foster said ought to be provided to the sub-committee before they can remark on the report, but there is only one set and it will probably be impossible to get enough from the India Office for circulation. Sends them to Foster in the first instance and awaits his instruction. Papers G and H do not appear to have come. |
