DescriptionApologizes for the delay in replying to Bailey, this has been due to the business caused by the Soirees. Notes there are no conditions prescribed for Fellowship of the Society but the procedure of election as described on the enclosed circular [not enclosed], is very strictly observed. 15 new Fellows are elected each year. Before any paper can be received by the Society it must be communicated by a Fellow.
