DescriptionIs sending documents which form enclosures in the report of the Board of Scientific Advice for India [not enclosed], which was recently circulated to members of the India Advisory Veterinary sub-committee. Sir M Foster considered that no valuable opinion could be made of the report without these enclosures. Foster has seen the enclosures and Harrison asks that they be returned at Bradford's earliest convenience with any comments on the report.
