TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Dr Veley

DescriptionThe Physics and Chemistry Committee have had the reports of the referees on Veley's memoir under consideration. They could not enlighten Larmor regarding one of his formulas and Larmor is to ask for reference. The Committee also think that some of the recommendations of the referees as regarding condensation should be carried out, and they report to that effect to the Council, which will meet on 6 July, when he thinks the matter will be definitely settled.
