Date8 June 1905
DescriptionIn reply to the Secretary's letter of 3 June addressed to the President of the Royal Society, the Council of the Royal Society does not see its way to accede to the Secretary's suggestion as to the formation of an English Committee. Nor is the Council able to recommend the circulation in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' of papers concerning the Congress, such a method of using the Society's publications not being customary.
