DescriptionIn reply to Lascelles' letter of the previous day he has no hesitation in taking the responsibility and at once acceding to Lascelles' desire to possess for the Harrow library an engraving of the portrait of Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], now in the possession of the Royal Society. Is having a copy sent as a presentation from the Royal Society to the Vaughan Library.
