DescriptionAsks Larmor to look at the enclosed new envelopes for sending out the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and see if he approves it [not enclosed]. The difference of cost involved is about 14 shillings on every issue and twice that if the two series are sent out separately. Asks if the enclosed cover will do, he thinks it an improvement.
