DescriptionIn reply to Lyons' letter of 22 December, in which he asks to use the paper on the relation between the Nile flood and atmospheric pressure, which he read before the Royal Society and which was published in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' 507 A, Lyons is at liberty to use the paper he proposes and if he applies for cliches of the blocks which illustrated his paper, the Council will no doubt grant them in the usual way.
