Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor John Newport Langley, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 26 January 1906 |
Description | Harrison responds to Langley's postcard to inform him that any day on the enclosed card is available for him to choose for the Croonian Lecture, with no special arrangement limiting his choice beyond the requirement of a sensible gap between the Croonian and Bakerian Lectures and the desirability of holding it before June, due to the pressure of papers at that time. The Croonian Lecture has previously been delivered in May. |
