DescriptionIn response to Newcomb reporting deficiences in his set of Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, copies are being despatched through the Smithsonian Agents in London, Messrs Weasley & Son. The requested back numbers of Proceedings of the Royal Society will soon follow. He states that some early numbers are out of print, but he will include a list of these in the parcel.
