|Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr William Napier Shaw, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
|20 February 1906
|Harrison reports that at the last meeting of the Royal Society Council, the draft deed transferring the property and liabilities of the Meteorological Council to the new Meteorological Office was submitted by the Treasurer and approved. He will retain the doucments unless Shaw wishes them to be returned.
Shaw's report on ventilation was referred to a committee comprised of Sir Benjamin Baker, Dr Bidwell, Dr Haldane, Mr Jarvis-Smith and Shaw, the Royal Society's Officers, and Frank Darwin. Harrison is having the report set up so it may be circulated to the committee and he will then try to arrange a meeting.
