DescriptionHarrison communicates that Professor William Dobinson Halliburton's report on 'The chemical constitution of Protoplasm as shewn by the rate of tissue distintegration' has been received, and it is favourable to publication in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. As dictated by Standing Orders, a second referee is needed, and Harrison asks that Martin nominate another Fellow to produce this second report.
