DescriptionHarrison lacks the authority to supply copies of Proceedings of the Royal Society without charge, though they do have a considerable stock of most of them. He proposes that Barrett wait until the Society have finished considering the question of their stock of publications and have produced a special report to submit to Council, before requesting an answer with regard to this individual case.
