TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Hugh Longbourne Callendar, Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry Committee
Date13 March 1906
DescriptionHarrison states that the third referee's report from Professor [John Henry] Poynting on 'Ionic size in relation to the physical properties of aqueous solutions' by William Robert Bousfield is favourable to publication, and he quotes from the report. At the Physics and Chemistry Sectional Committee, the Chairman and Secretary of the Royal Society have decided to follow the referee's recommendation. Professor Joseph Larmor belives Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society to be the most suitable publication due to the paper's length, and Harrison asks if Callendar agrees with this view.
