Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor William Burnside, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Mathematics Sectional Committee |
Date | 21 March 1906 |
Description | Harrison states that they have received two reports, from Sir William Davidson Niven and Professor Augustus Edward Howe Love, for 'On the figure and stability of a liquid satellite' by Sir George Howard Darwin, with both being favourable to publication in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. Darwin has made some alterations to the paper on the basis of suggestions communicated to him from the report of Niven. He asks that Burnside minute his opinion on whether they may proceed to printing in line with Standing Order 43. |
