DescriptionHarrison states that they were sorry Ayrton could not attend the Soiree Exhibits Committee, but they would appreciate any suggestions he can make. He also explains that the practice of giving only a week's notice for meetings is a consequence of previous attempts to inform people further in advance resulting in individuals mistaking the week and coming a week too soon.
