|James explains that Lord [George Nathaniel] Curzon, elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1898, is yet to be admitted, but Lord Rayleigh reports that he will come if he hears from the Society concerning possible dates. Curzon wishes to receive Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society and Proceedings of the Royal Society, so he has been placed on the Proceedings list and been sent the Transactions circular so he may choose which series to receive.
