DescriptionHas received authority to agree to Russell's proposal to reduce the illustrations to his paper by four figures only on the understanding that Russell will bear the expense of any plates in excess of one. Takes it that will make three plates altogether and the Office approximate estimate is at £2.10.0 a plate. The Society will pay for the one plate it agreed to publish. Asks Russell to send the figures finally selected so they can be put in hand.
