TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Mr E Haine
Date3 August 1906
DescriptionHas consulted the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe] on the subject of a new fitting for the Council Room and they agree it should be in hammered iron, as this will look better. The only doubt they have is whether it will rust with the dust of London, as all bright iron and steel does there, but he understands it will be covered with some lacquer to protect from this. Has spoken to Mr Bottomley and he has promised to send his trestles and boards on Tuesday so that Haine's people can use them.
