TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Charles James Martin, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date7 November 1906
DescriptionThe Chairman of the Physiology Committee recommends the printing of Mr Sutherland's paper in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society] B', with the title repeated in the 'Proceedings A'. Provided the Secretaries concur in this recommendation the paper will go forward under Standing Orders. There is a suggestion that a footnote should be added to the paper incorporating some of the referee's criticisms but this has not definitely been decided on and in any case Martin would be consulted before adding any note. Some difficulty was experienced at first in obtaining a suitable referee for the paper, several Fellows being suggested but being unable to act.
