Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Frederick Soddy, [Fellow of the Royal Society] |
Date | 8 November 1906 |
Description | Was not aware Dr [Joseph] Larmor had written to Soddy on the subject of Soddy's experiments at the Society. The arrangement as to the supply of current applies only to the meeting room, not the tea room where it would be very difficult to provide any current other than that from an ordinary adaptor from the lighting terminal.
Postscript notes Harrison has now spoken to Larmor and finds his suggestion of showing Soddy's experiments in the tea room was based on a misunderstanding as to the papers that would follow Soddy's. The original arrangements for Soddy's use of the meeting room lecture table still stands as described in Harrison's letter of the previous day. |
