DescriptionCalls their attention to the fact that one of their representatives on the General Board of the National Physical Laboratory, Mr E P Martin, will be retiring from that body next December, and so Harrison asks them to nominate another representative in good time. Professor [Joseph] Larmor states that the Royal Society would approve the renomination of Martin on the grounds that he only recently joined the board in place of the late Sir B Sanderson.
