DescriptionIn reply to Mr Lucas' letter of the 26 February[?], Geikie states that the Royal Society has nominated Sir John Rose Bradford as its representative on the Advisory Committee for the Tropical Diseases Research Fund in place of the late Sir Michael Foster. President and Council desire to express their gratification that Sir Michael Foster's services are so fully recognised by Lord Elgin.
