DescriptionThe amount expended by the Royal Society in connection with the expedition sent out to Uganda under the direction of Professor Edward Alfred Minchin in 1905 for the investigation of Sleeping Sickness is £923.4.4. This covers passages, salaries, and scientific equipment. Of the balance of £1000 received by the Royal Society for 1905, £75 is applied to meet the working out material collected by Minchin in Uganda.
