| Description | Has Shipley's corrected proof of the [Walter Frank Raphael] Weldon obituary with Shipley's letter. Professor K Pearson had already seen the proof and returned it with the request that it be sent to Shipley and with the request that his own initials should not appear, saying that his original biography had been so much cut down that he saw no reason why they should, and would rather they were suppressed. Pearson also said he would prefer Shipley take the whole responsibility for the abstract.
The Society will make a note that Shipley desires 50 copies. If Shipley writes to Pearson, Harrison asks that he query how many copies he would like. |
